Wage Rate: $34.07 hourly / 40 hours per Week

Business Location: 1 Taylor Ave, Kirkland Lake, Ontario, P2N 2K9

On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

Tasks: Direct and control daily operations Evaluate daily operations Plan and organize daily operations Manage staff and assign duties Determine merchandise and services to be sold Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses Determine staffing requirements Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages Conduct performance reviews Supervise office and volunteer staff

Supervision: 3-4 people
